I do try to w...That's a really good point Chai.<br />I do try to work out every other day (too lazy to do every day *blush*).<br />I do 30 min of cardio and 15min of arm resistance and then a bit of ab work and thigh work, with changeups here and there so I don't get too stuck in a routine.<br />I could absolutely push it a bit more and therefore "wear myself out" so I sleep better, because I do sleep better after a good workout. <br />Thanks for the input!Ameliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02961258148437858898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2933593853460393234.post-32244569211540009932011-08-08T13:42:57.321-05:002011-08-08T13:42:57.321-05:00I don't know how much workout out you are curr...I don't know how much workout out you are currently doing, so just ignore this if it doesn't apply :-) But I find that as much as I hate doing it, working out really tuckers me out.
